- Lead digital projects as the measurement and analytics point-person, identifying reporting requirements, monitoring the technical implementation, and evaluating post-launch metrics
- Participate in additional business intelligence activities related to data analysis and reporting as needed
- Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve website and marketing campaign effectiveness by drilling into data to increase profitability and growth.
- Troubleshoot, provide recommendation and solve issues related to marketing, product or merchandising issues using insight gained from detailed analysis
- Identify, implement and integrate new KPI’s that can be used to benchmark the effectiveness of various engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement best practices related to analyzing user behaviour across our digital properties, configuring web/mobile analytics technology, and interpreting data
- Help drive business decision-making by educating and informing Voilà teams on digital metrics
- Manage and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Working as a key player within the integrated marketing campaign process to develop the content linking strategy, including deployment
- Collaborate with product management team and Ocado on development the web user experience, delivery and maintenance
- Collaborate with Digital & Media teams with Web analytics and support with overall Digital transformation of the organization through effective use of technology
- Promote a culture of test and learn, by designing marketing tests, measuring the outcome and recommending data-driven business actions
- Use variety of software tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, reporting/analytical software to assemble and format data and reports
- Work with IT and technical teams to define and automate regular tasks and reporting
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in science, computer science, economics, mathematics or statistics
• 3+ years experience in digital analytics. Must have experience working as a member of an e-commence team including advanced SQL, demonstrated knowledge of Google Analytics and an understanding of digital technologies as they relate to analytics on an ecommerce site
• Hands on experience in managing and implementing Enterprise level Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Experience with Cloud Data Infrastructure, machine learning in Python, and Sales Force preferred
• Strong Project management skills in a complex matrix organization
• Experience with multivariate or AB (split) testing
• Experience working with Business Intelligence Tools (i.e. Tableau, Microstrategy etc.)
• Experience running advanced SQL queries
• High attention to detail and accuracy
