HR Assistant / Office Admin

  • Strong communication skills is a must
  • Assisting and working with Job developers to find jobs for candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling Job and other training webinars with various departments and trainers
  • Performing day to day office duties, including preparing and uploading documents
  • Calling employers and updating employer database for jobs
  • Digital media and digital marketing knowledge would be an asset but not required (training will be provided)
  • Previous HR knowledge would be an asset.
