The Career Foundation is currently seeking a full-time Call Centre Representative on behalf of one of our employer partners; a privately held company based in Toronto. ­­­We are currently looking for Call Centre Representatives who will be working alongside our newest client TELUS, a leading wireless services provider, and will be responsible for conducting direct to consumer marketing through remote sales.

Responsibilities:

• Multi-tasking; simultaneously listening and entering data while thinking about options to offer customers
• Closing the sale while delivering fantastic customer service on each call
• Ability to convert leads into opportunities efficiently and effectively
• The ideal candidate will have:
• The initiative and drive to follow-up on and close sales
• A competitive attitude strongly driven by results
• The desire to grow their sales career and make excellent money
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly motivated and goal oriented
• Full-time availability; from Monday to Friday between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with high proficiency in eating snacks.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Prior sales experience in a remote or virtual environment
• Experience selling home security products
