Job Description

Second career now known as Better Jobs Ontario is an program designed by the Government of Ontario to retrain laid off worker to a career in demand for Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents ONLY.

Depending on clients situation Second Career may provides up to $28,000 for

• tuition
• books
• other instruction costs such as manuals or workbooks
• transportation
• a basic living allowance

Second career may also provide Additional support to accommodate the needs of people with disabilities, dependent care, costs of living away from home and academic upgrading.
